Margaret Cooley, Executive Director
Margaret is responsible for the general management of Woolman Hill, including board interactions, programs, finances, administration, development, outreach and publicity. She lives in nearby Greenfield and is part of Mount Toby Quaker Meeting.

Will Stark, Maintenance Manager
Will is responsible for the maintenance and physical running of our facility, as well as hosting some of our groups. Will lives on the hill with his children. In addition to significant professional experience as a carpenter and solar panel installer, one of his hobbies is building cob ovens.

Janai Tomlinson, Housekeeper
Janai is responsible for keeping our spaces clean and tidy. She holds several positions off the hill as well, chief among them as a mom!

Alex Wentworth, Caretaker
Alex chops wood, carries water, shovels snow, fixes furniture, restocks first aid supplies, and just about whatever else needs doing. He brings experience working for a farm, Americorps and a summer camp.

Narieka Masla, Interim Administrative Assistant
Narieka helps answer guest inquiries, as well as chipping in on other administrative and facility tasks. She comes to her role with hands-on experience of Woolman Hill as a former staffer for Journey Camp.
